Recentemente comprei um mouse razer deathadder essential em site chinês, porém o synapse 4 não o reconhece. Já tentei registrar também em Razer ID, mas conta a mensagem “Este produto já foi resgistrado. se não foi você, entre em contato com o suporte da Razer” por isso estou entrando em contato. Pode ser falso?

Pode ser falso?

This translates as:
I recently purchased a Razer Deathadder Essential mouse from a Chinese website, but Synapse 4 does not recognize it. I have also tried to register it with Razer ID, but it says “This product has already been registered. If it was not you, please contact Razer support” so I am contacting them. Could it be fake?
