I just got a new Razer Deathadder Essential mouse, but the mouse wheel is not working at all. I tried to update the drivers, uninstalled and reinstalled synapse, tried to change usb port, even tried on another computer and it still didn't work.
I don't know if synapse is not enabling the mouse wheel somewhere, if there is a setting that I don't know, a conflict with anoter driver... so i need help about it.
Maybe the mouse is just damaged and I have to replace it, but I just got it today, so I don't think so. If somebody can help me, because it's very annoying.

Hi there! Sorry to hear about your mouse concern. Are you connecting the mouse directly to your USB port? Use compressed air to gently blow away dirt under the mouse scroll wheel. If the issue persists, then it is a hardware issue. I suggest contacting your reseller to get a faster replacement.
