Razer DeathAdder Essential not detected in Synapse 4

I just received my mouse today and installed the latest Razer Synapse 4, it won’t detect my mouse. Not sure if this is legit or not. Need help pls.

Looks okay for me. How’s with the Synapse 3? Did you’ve tried it? Also how it’s visible in Windows Device Manager?
