Hello, I have the Razer Deathadder Essential and my problem is the mice scrolling wheel sometimes scrolls up when I scroll down or scrolls down when I scroll up. Its annoying, can I fix this or do I have to buy a new mice?

+1Try to clean it with compressed air (spray some air on the left side of scroll, where scroll encoder is installed). If it’ll not help - then only encoder replacement will help (requires soldering).
Hi Razer team,
I too encountered similar issue, only to find out that is a very common issue for Razer, which is a disappointment.
Are there Razer repair stores in Malaysia or I need to get third party vendors to fix it?

Let me check on your mouse. Please be advised that we do not offer repair service for our peripherals. Can you test it on another computer to see if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the scroll wheel issue.
