what to do in this situation?
I'm facing exactly the same with the Mamba Wireless. and it does not work while wired...
what to do? I need the mouse to work in Mac.

Everything is fine on windows 10


On the Mac OS, the mouse does not find:

Thanks for the reply. The Deathadder Essential is not supported by Synapse 2 for Mac.

Thanks for the reply. The new Mamba Wireless is also not supported by Synapse 2 for Mac. You can check the list of supported devices here.

The list will be updated when new devices are added in the coming updates to Synapse 2 for Mac as our developers are working to improve the software. Make sure to keep the software up to date. You can also submit a feature request. Let me know if you need more help.
Any ETA on when these devices will be supported? I am in the same situation with the Goliathus mouse pad.
