Razer Deathadder Mouse v2 loses sensitivity suddently | Razer Insider

I've had the Razer Deathadder Mouse v2 for about a year.

I didn't install the Razer software.

The mouse worked perfectly for about 9 months, then all of a suddent it lost sensitivity (on Windows) and I had my windows mouse settings sensitivity set to max (20) and it will still less sensitive than other mouses I would plug in.

I got a new laptop, and the Razer mouse worked normally again. Great! For about 2 months, then it lost sensitivity again suddenly mid use. I have it back to max (20) in mouse settings but it's slowless is uncomfortable especially on large monitors.

What could be the reason for this? And is there a way to reset sensitivity?
How about Synapse? Maybe it switched to different profile or different (lower) DPI?

In Windows sensitivity I'd just leave it at 6/11 notch, and enhanced sensitivity off - because it adds some interpolation, making mouse movement less accurate.
What do you mean by Synapse? Is that a program?

My sensitivity is set to 17 in Settings. I have been able to improve the sensitivity by increasing Mouse Properties > Pointer Options > Motions to max.

I've left Enhance pointer precision to TRUE for now, as this change in mouse properties fixed the issue (for now).

Yes, configuration app for Razer peripherals.
