It does seem that your scroll wheel is already defective. If it’s still within the 2-year warranty period, please send me a PM with the serial number and a photo of your receipt/invoice so I can validate your warranty entitlement. You can upload it to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
