After changing profiles in razer synapse, my mouse disconnected and hasn’t been re-connecting. I get the windows usb connected sound, but the mouse doesn’t light up or work at all. I have reinstalled synapse, checked for driver updates, and restarted my pc. Any help would be appreciated.

I understand that having your mouse suddenly stop working after changing profiles in Razer Synapse. Could you please confirm if the issue still occurs when Razer Synapse is not running in the background? You can disable Razer Synapse by following the steps on this link.
If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, please send me a private message along with your device's serial number and proof of purchase/receipt in PDF format so I can check its warranty details for a possible warranty claim. You can upload your proof of purchase to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view". Thank you!
