Razer Deathadder v2 disconecting and reconnecting

Hello, I've owned my deathadder v2 for over a year now, and a while ago it started randomly disconnecting and reconnecting. Sometimes it completely stops working until  uninstall all the mice from my computer and restart it. I would like some help solving this issue

I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues with your Razer DeathAdder V2 having disconnection issues. Here are some steps to help troubleshoot the problem:

  1. Ensure that your Windows operating system is fully up to date. Refer to this link.
  2. Connect your mouse directly to your PC instead of using a USB hub to eliminate any potential connectivity issues.
  3. Please make sure your mouse firmware is updated.
  4. Check if any software is causing the issue by closing all Razer apps, including Razer Synapse.
  5.  If closing Razer Synapse resolves the issue,  reinstall your mouse drivers and perform a clean reinstall of Razer Synapse.
  6. If the problem persists, try testing your mouse on a different PC to see if the issue continues.
