I have a Razer Deathadder V2 Hyperspeed bought from Amazon about a year ago. It suddenly stop functioning, it no longer respond to movement or clicks on the button. The LED indicator showed that it can still be turned on both on bluetooth and 2.4 wireless, but it just refuses to provide any input. I also unable to enter into bluetooth pairing mode. Since this was bought a year ago, it should be covered under warranty, but i’m unable to find the contact to create RMA or the local RMA center. Please help direct me to the process to get the mouse RMA-ed.
