Razer DeathAdder V2 Hyperspeed - Dongle Connect/Disconnect on All Systems

Hi Razer Support, 

So I am using a wireless Razer DeathAdder V2 X Hyperspeed since 2023 and it was working fine until yesterday , since the mouse started failing and had connect and immediate disconnect sounds on my Asus laptop with either using 2.4GHz or the bluetooth mode. What I ‘ve tried  so far and according to the internet arethe following: 

  • Restart my laptop 
  • Remove the tongle, changing usb ports 
  • Uninstall in the Task Manager (Windows lapotp) the USB ROOT HUB and restart 
  • Check in other PCs/laptops whether it works and it does not 
  • Downloaded the drivers again (Synapse 4) 
  • Even old school by blowing the dust inside the tongle 

I suspect and random drivers update but since it does not work in other PC/laptop., but I am thinking that it’s a dongle failure. The SN is 632221H22504836. Please tell me what do you thin and if there are more things to try.
