Razer Deathadder V2 Lighting Issues

My Razer Deathadder V2's scroll wheel lighting is not the same with what I've set in Synapse 3. It used to work fine but now it won't show the correct color. The lighting on the logo is fine but the scroll wheel lighting is far from what i've set. My mouse is not even a year old.

    Similar issues. My mouse wont even appear as one of my devices anymore. I have the Mamba and need to plug it in via USB for it to be detected and load my personal settings on it. Have you tried plugging it in directly with the cable?

      My Deathadder v2 is actually wired so it's always plugged in. I think mine is actually hardware related. I'll try to get warranty. Does your mamba come with a dongle? If it does, maybe you plugged it in a different port from the first time your mamba was installed. Try reinstalling synapse and see if it'll work. I have a razer nari which uses a dongle for it to work wirelessly and when i plug the dongle using a different port, audio won't come out of it anymore. Usually what I do when I wan't to switch USB ports, I reinstall synapse and my razer nari works again.
