I have been using this mouse for about 1 year and from 2 weeks my mouse is disconnecting and connecting randomly. This happens mostly when I am gaming, and sometimes while browsing in web. I have downloaded synapse 4 and latest firmware but still facing the issue.

Hello there,
Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into you PC’s motherboard. You can also reinstall your mouse’s drivers. If that didn’t work out, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
