Hello, I have bought a new Deathadder V2 Pro, I already had a Bassilisk wireless mouse with a charging station. So when I plugged in the dongle from that was included with the Deathadder the Bassilisk stopped working, if I use the dongle that came with the Basilisk the Deathadder would stop working. For both of them to work without always having to change the dongle in the loading dock I have to plug in the Deathadder dongle in a usb port and the Bassilisk dongle in the loading dock. Today I got a message saying that the Deathadder needed a firmware update, so I did the update and since then it stopped working wireless, it seems like the dongle from the Deathadder seems to be losing its connection, it makes a noise like when you remove it from the usb port and plug it back in. But I don't pull it out, it's the same with all usb ports on my computer. The only way for the Deathadder to work is to plug it in my computer with the usb cable that was connected to the loading dock. I don't know what to try, do I remove the latest firmware update and if so how do I do this?

Any advice is appreciated.

Thank you.
yeah my deathadder also stopped being able to connect via dongle recently. Probably just going to get a refund
Same issue, had 2 replacements but still have the same issue, the mouse works via bluetooth and when connected via the usb cable.

I have just given up on it connecting via the dongle

Already tried many troubleshooting steps but still the same issue
Question for all here with the problem.

Hyperspeed USB dongle is visible in windows device manager or not?
the usb dongle does not show up on the device manager, the mouse only shows up when it is connected via usb cable
Hey Evandj, coolLightSeaGreenweb855, and Jhy_Badeo! Can you send me your Synapse 3.0 logs, MSinfo, and your device's serial number so I can start an investigation and forward it to our devs? Thanks for your joint interest in resolving the Razer Deathadder V2 Pro's connection-related issue.
I LOVE mine thus far. It is my preferred shape, wish it was a little lighter but it is still my favorite so far. I have tried a lot of wireless mice. Most others end up hurting my pinky joint at some point. Really liked the Orochi V2 but it too started to give me slight pain after a while of using it. DA V2 pro is my go to.
