Hello,
I bought brand new mouse DeathAdder v2 Pro today and it can not be recognized via any connection USB/BT/2.4.
When I plug in hyperspeed dongle I can hear windows make noise but nothing happens mouse don’t working…
When I connect mouse via USB cable I cannot even hear the windows notification noise that new device is connected.
Mouse is not visible in the Synapse also.
I have tried to download pair software, troubleshoot software from razer where I followed each step but without any help. Mouse still not working…
Please if someone knew something about this issue, I would be thankful.
