Razer Deathadder V2 Pro dongle Issues

I’ve been using my Deathaddver V2 Pro for about a month before I had to move. I had issues with it when I got it but then I updated the firmware and it worked fine. Now it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting, it works fine through bluetooth and wired but when I plug the dongle inside the dock or even in the pc itself it causes the issue to appear after about a minute or two.

Again, firmware is updated to the latest update. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled synapse v3, unistalled and reinstalled the drivers as well. I’ve also checked that the docker cable is firmly plugged in and it is.

Any help would be appreciated!

Hi there, @WoodenPlank!

 

Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. Also, does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? If that didn’t work, then drop me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
