Razer Deathadder V2 pro in 0%

I have the Razer Deathadder v2 pro mouse since the beginning of the year and it was fine ... yesterday I bought the Mouse Dock Chroma to charge the mouse battery more quickly, when it was night, I left the mouse on the dock and went to bed ( the dock was not connected to the computer). Today I wake up, turn on the computer, take the mouse and see that it does not work, and that the RGB does not light up, then I go to Synapse and I see that it has 0% battery, (I thought strange, because last night I had 100% battery when I went to sleep), then I left it in the dock (connected to the computer) for a while and nothing, it was still 0%, so I decided to connect the mouse directly to the computer with its cable and nothing, still was still 0%, try multiple USB ports and nothing, try to update mouse firmware and nothing, reinstall Synapse and nothing, 0%, the only way to get the mouse working is by using it wired ... What occurs to me is that something happened to the battery but I don't understand why if I only used the original Razer Chroma Mouse Dock, how could it have been ruined by using an accessory from the same brand? anyway, does anyone have a solution? It's very frustrating...
