Razer Deathadder V2 Pro Issues

Hey, I've recently upgraded to the Razer Deathstalker V2, running with the 2.4hz. However recently I've found a couple of issues. During gaming in both MW2 and Overwatch 2 when I hold down a key (W) for along time it just literally stops working, I just stop even when they key is still held down, has anyone else experienced this? This never happened when I first started using the keyboard its about after 1 week of solid use. UPDATED - It happens on other keys, doesn't seem to happen when I'm plugged in though. However for a £225 keyboard I don't expect not to be able to use it wireless. I'm also finding the Powers Saving options don't work unless using Bluetooth. Using the Dongle my keyboard just stays on all the time? I also don't like when gaming you can't set an option to disable Caps Lock. Could Razer please look at adding an option to disable caps lock when gaming as its frustrating when trying to chat fast sometimes. Some help on these issues would be appreciated. Thank you.
