Hello,
My Deathadder V2 Pro keeps disconnecting and reconnecting to the 2.4 ghz dongle. (Bluetooth works fine)
Tests I have done:
- Tried plugging in the dongle into another USB port.
- I have reset and updated the mouse.
- I have tried the dongle in another machine and same thing happens.
Please can I have someone from Razer support assist as this has been happening for more than 6 months. Thank you.
