I recently purchased a Razer DeathAdder V2 Pro mouse, which is still under warranty. I am experiencing an issue where sometimes the mouse charges when plugged in, and other times it does not. I have not been able to determine the cause of this inconsistency.
I have already contacted technical support, but I did not receive a satisfactory solution. Therefore, I am reaching out again in the hope of resolving this issue. Could you please assist me with troubleshooting steps or provide a replacement if necessary?
