Razer Deathadder V2 Pro not charging properly

Hey there, I've been having issues with my Razer Deathadder V2 Pro wireless mouse, when I try to charge it (via the cable) the battery drains instead of charges, it's been happening on numerous occasions and lately, it's been happening almost all the time, I can't charge it. Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this? I tried reinstalling synapse, all the drivers, everything is completely up to date, tried plugging it into a different socket, nothing works. Would greatly appreciate any help regarding this matter Thank you in advance!
