Hello , i was working with my mouse fine untill i accidently resetted my mouse now its running rgb whenever i connect it using usb and then its not moving i tried firemware update its not working i tried uninstalling and reinstalling synapse 3 still not working i tried restarting my laptop still not working i tried check device manager i only seen one driver for razer v2 which was in tab of HID in Device Manager but mouse not responding not moving i cant even firemware update because it tells me step 1 . Turn off device step 2. Plug usb cable but i did that and the mouse has rgb colors but its not working or detected in the fireware software for razer v2 pro only thing worked for firmware update was the dongle but not the usb cable thing and also dongle and usb both doesnt make the mouse move either way the mouse still wasnt moving also its no longer detected on synapse.  However its been working fine for 2 years untill now i accidently did that and now its just not working also i noticed the bluetooth is not blue when i turn switch to bluetooth upward so how to fix it please help
