Hi,



I just bought my deathadder v2 pro wireless. When I unplugged the wireless dongle from the cable to charge the mouse, the windows button and search bar on the taskbar either stopped working or becomes very slow and the only way to fix it is by restarting my pc. Everything else on my pc is working fine. Is there any way to fix this problem?

Does the issue happen while the Razer Synapse is closed/disabled or uninstalled? Please connect the keyboard into another USB port or computer and see if the behavior persists. Please gather your Razer Synapse logs and clean reinstall the Razer Synapse 3.0 and see if it helps. Otherwise, submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM including the logs so I can help you kick-start an investigation.
