Razer Deathadder V2 Pro Wireless interfering with my 2.4GHz Wifi connection

Hi! I just bought the DA V2 Pro wireless and it seems that when I plug in the 2.4GHz dongle, it disconnects my wifi connection from my laptop. My wifi router is only able to broadcast using the 2.4 frequency. I wonder If someone had the same problem, either with this specific mouse or another mouse. I am also curious about what channel is the DA V2 Pro wireless using in the 2.4 GHz frequency so that I can change the one in my wifi router to avoid any interference. Please help me out if someone found a solution to this issue.

    I believe I'm having the same issues. I have a Naga trinity pro that outputs in 2.4 ghz frequency as well and when I use it in that mode it cuts out but if I were to connect it directly through a wire or if I use the Bluetooth option, it seems to work fine
