Hi everyone,
My Razer DeathAdder V2 Pro (wireless) has stopped charging. The battery is always stuck at 4% and I constantly get the low battery warning, no matter how long I leave it plugged in.
When connected by cable, the mouse works perfectly. I always use the original cable, and I’ve left the mouse idle while charging, but the percentage never goes up.
What I’ve already tried:
- Updating the firmware
- Charging with the original cable
Has anyone had the same problem, or does anyone know of a fix? Could it be a battery issue, or is there a reset I haven’t tried yet?
