Razer DeathAdder V2 Pro won’t charge – battery stuck at 4%

Hi everyone,My Razer DeathAdder V2 Pro (wireless) has stopped charging. The battery is always stuck at 4% and I constantly get the low battery warning, no matter how long I leave it plugged in.When connected by cable, the mouse works perfectly. I always use the original cable, and I’ve left the mouse idle while charging, but the percentage never goes up.What I’ve already tried:Updating the firmware	Charging with the original cableHas anyone had the same problem, or does anyone know of a fix? Could it be a battery issue, or is there a reset I haven’t tried yet?
