It tends to disconnected when i flick when gaming or just really moving my mouse really fast. My mouse is around 1-2 years old. It disconnects and reconnects and i do have the latest software and up to date drivers. Can anyone help? it gets really annoying. It also just randomly disconnects and reconnects when im doing nothing or moving it normally.

Uninstall Synapse.  Then try.  If disconnects stop it proves Synapse software is at fault.

You will lose some capabilities, but stopping the disconnects is more important.

My razor deathadder v2 mini has the same issue even though I’ve only bought it 3-4 months ago. Really frustrating and it seems like I’m not the only one with this same unresolved issue. Disappointing because I thought razor had reliable products.

Did you find a solution? My mouse has been doing this and I tried like every possible solution under god’s green earth and nothing worked. Razers sucks. Never again.

stil have this problem, tried uninstalling synapse, installing the beta version, firmware, the works. the solution is never to buy razers dogshit products and dealt with the software ever again

I am also having the same problem with my V2 wired. Have tried everything mentioned above and it still randomly drops out.

I have removed all other USB devices from my PC except keyboard and mouse.
I have disabled all instances of "allow the computer to turn off this device to save power".
Nothing is showing up in EVENT VIEWER.
I have tried all the USB ports on my PC.
I have tried a powered USB hub.
Disk check comes back clean.

just having the same issue right now. The mouse has disconnected and does not go back on. It might be related to the fact that i disabled its light after 15 minutes but it does not make sense. Why disabling the whole device? Don’t know what to do. Even after rebooting, the mouse does not go back on. I wanted to change settings in razer synapse but the device was not here anymore. I uninstalled synapse and I tried to remove the device from the device manager without success. I guess I’ll have to return the device. IDK how it’s possible to make a mouse malfunction like that. Never seen that kind of bug.

FYI a while ago it did the same thing and I succeeded in reactivating it, plugging it to another port.
What the hell is this? At least it’s funny to see how we can mess a simple little mouse! I don’t see any response from Razer staff here and it’s been 2 years so I don’t expect much.

Win10, Razer Death Adder (it’s in the name, isn’t it ?!) Essential

Post a screenshot of the name of the mouse from device manager. It doesn’t look like genuine mouse.
