razer deathadder v2 x hyperspeed

Same as others who are experiencing my razer deathadder v2 x hyperspeed just instantly slowly drifting upper left, and there is no response from it, even left click or right click (like one out of 10x it responses).

 

I bought this one last Feb 2022, so its a 2 year old mouse, but based on the post, many are experiecning the same issue instantly. Is this a software defect? Even tried to put it on another pc/laptop with no synapse, but still has the same issue.

 

Anyone has a resolution for this? I totally love this mouse and I am even planning to buy another one but if it is the same issue i would hold it off, even thinking of getting the wired version but I am already having doubts with razer quality.

 

Please help.

Does it do the same both on BT and 2.4 Ghz Hyperspeed?

2.4ghz hyperspeed not working, for bluetooth i cannot pair it coz side buttons does not work (need to press dpi stage up and down and the 2 side buttons for it to activate pairing mode) - so I cannot test bluetooth because I cannot pair, thus my pc’s bluetooth cannot see it.

You are not alone! I purchased mine around the same time and it has just failed in the same way… just outside of the warranty window. Ridiculous!
