Hi,
One or two weeks ago I started to use R6P batteries 1.5V AA on my mouse. But today, the mouse just stopped working. On Razer Synapse, it doesn't matter if I change the battery, it is always empty. I’ve tried factory reset, uninstall drivers, uninstall all razer products and install again and nothing worked.

Does your mouse still turn on? When was the last time you replaced the batteries? Please PM me with your mouse serial number and proof of purchase so I can verify its model and check for warranty options. Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here.
