Since I got it, the battery life has been a maximum of 2-3 days. I've tried almost all of the top-quality brands on the market, but nothing has changed. I really love the product, but the battery situation has really started to become frustrating.

Hi there,
Have you tried changing the battery? It has a hybrid battery slot that is able to run on a single AA or AAA battery, giving you to option of longer battery life or lighter weight. You can also reinstall its drivers. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
