Razer Deathadder V2 X Hyperspeed - Connection issues with Mac

My Razer Deathadder V2 X is not connecting to my Mac anymore. If I remove the 2.4 GHz dongle, it shows two quick green flashes in succession, indicating a paring request with the dongle. If I insert the dongle into the USB hub attached to my Mac, the indicator changes to long (1-2 sec) flashes with short pauses in between. The mouse does not work. What does that mean?

I have had intermittend connection issues with the dongle already. I needed to use a different USB hub because my mouse kept disconnecting from the one I was using. Now it does not connect at all.

Bluetooth is not an option. The polling rate is too low and the mouse feel imprecise. What is more, the Bluetooth pairing also does not seem to work anymore.

Is there anything I can do?

Hi ErdnussSpass

Your Razer DeathAdder V2 X Hyperspeed is likely experiencing a lost pairing or firmware issue with the 2.4 GHz dongle. The long, slow flashes indicate the mouse is actively searching for the dongle but failing to connect. Fix this by plugging the dongle directly into your Mac (not a hub), using the Razer Dongle Utility on a Windows computer to repair it, or replacing the battery. If it’s the same thing, then PM me your Razer mouse’s SN: (Follow steps here: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/548/~/how-to-find-the-serial%2C-product%2C-or-part-number-on-a-razer-device) and the link of your receipt in a PDF format: (Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4011?_ga=2.197232171.544708261.1744067200-1885068520.1744067200&_gl=1*vo487o*_ga_3TRK53PM75*MTc0NDA2NzE5OS4xLjEuMTc0NDA2NzM0My4yNC4wLjA).
