Even though my mouse’s all buttons work, its cursor sudden stop to work. I tried to clean it, changing dongle position, using bluetooth mode and updating firmware, but I couldn’t get any result. Can you help me?

Hey,
Have you tried it on a different surface area? You can also reinstall your mouse’s drivers. If that didn’t do the trick, then drop me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can look for other workarounds.
