My mouse, as listed in the title, is slowly drifting across my screen and doesn’t respond to ANY inputs. I can’t use my mouse at all and I have bought the mouse April 20, 2023.

Cleaning my surface (Issue persists)
Trying a different surface (Issue persists)

Plugging in the mouse into another PC (issue persists. So I know it’s in the mouse itself and not my PC.)

Tried resetting my mouse to factory default settings through holding down mouse button shortcuts I’ve googled but none have worked.

Cleaned the sensor (Issue persists)

Used a different mouse (Which is the one I’m using now and it’s working fine.)

Tried using the mouse with Razer Synapse closed (Issue persists)

Tried restarting my PC (Issue persists)

Edit: When I check battery, the battery indicator was in the red. It can still power on and connect to synapse but I can’t move my cursor or click. I tried replacing it with another battery but the indicator is still red.
