I'm experiencing a clicking issue with my Razer DeathAdder V2 X HyperSpeed mouse. When I click using the touchpad without the USB device plugged in or without Bluetooth connected, I don't encounter any issues. However, as soon as I connect the mouse to the computer, my interface freezes. The taskbar and application interfaces become unresponsive, and during all of this, I can still move the mouse cursor and open other applications.

 

 tried restarting the computer (didn't work).

 tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers, and updating them (didn't work).

 tried updating the BIOS driver (didn't work).

 used the same mouse on another computer, confirming that the issue is with the mouse, not the computer (didn't work).

cleaned the USB ports (didn't work).

changed the batteries (didn't work).

installed Razer Synapse 3 (didn't work).

i have bought it in 07.31.2023

if anyone can help me that would makes me happy :)
