Today I spent about an hour figuring out why my DAv2 does work using BT but does not work using 2.4. It worked on my desktop but I was unable to make it work on my Predator laptop for some reason. I tried everything.

Maybe this will help someone solve the issue:
I found out that USB dongle goes too deep into some USB ports. When it goes all the way in it looses contact with pins in the port. When I hold dongle mid-way in the port it works. As a workaround I added few twists of electric tape around the dongle so it does not goes all the way in.

This never ever happened to me with any other USB device. Good job Razer! 😂😭

Hello, exactly the same thing happens to me.
I have a Viper Ultimate mouse, and by performing several tests I have managed to deduce that the problem is in the Dongle. Currently I can only use the mouse with the cable, but when using the dongle it immediately starts with the problem of disconnecting and connecting in a constant and annoying way.

I hope someone provides a solution
