Razer Deathadder v2 X Hyperspeed keeps connecting & disconnecting

Context:

I’m currently on my 2nd week of using this mouse. I use the USB dongle on PC and bluetooth on my Mac. 

Problem:

I’m currently facing the issue as per the title on my PC during my 2nd week of using this mouse. It’s working perfectly fine on my Mac but I’m having issues only on my PC. I’ve tried :

  • Connecting & reconnecting the USB dongle (plugged into USB 3.0 port)
  • Switching to a fresh battery 
  • After the first few times of this problem occurring and after I’ve tried the steps above, I uninstalled the driver on Device Manager, unplugged the USB & switching off the mouse, restarted my PC and plugged in the USB & switching on the mouse again to reinstall the driver onto my PC. It was okay for the first few hours then the same problem kept repeating itself. 

I don’t know what else to do. Please advise accordingly, thank you.

Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. You can also reinstall its drivers. If that didn’t work out, then drop me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
