Razer deathadder v2 x hyperspeed won't turn on

My Razer mouse turns on and works for 5 second after shows green led blink and red led blink for 3 secs and disconnects and I have changed the battery many times still won't work. Sometimes it won't even turn on and laser sensor is showing red light when I turn it on but the mouse won't turn on. I am very disappointed with razer support and their product. This is my second product with razer and both of them had issues. I probably won't buy razer products again and won't recommend others not to buy either
