My Razer Deathadder V2 X is normally working on Windows but while I download Synapse 4 it is not detecting over there. Same for my Deathadder Essential mouse too.

Ensure your Razer device is properly plugged in and connected directly to the computer and not through a USB hub.

Restart your PC if this is your first time installing a Razer device or if you have just completed an update.

Perform a repair of Razer Synapse if the issue persists.
If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
