    The Razer Insider doesn't have support for your preferred language. Please post your inquiry or concern in English across all boards. Are you using a USB hub? Plug it directly into your PC’s motherboard. You can also try updating its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then send me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can check for other workarounds.
