razer deathadder v3 cable

i own a gaming Lounge and i always recommend razer deathadder v3 wired mouse , i bought over 60 mice to support my business , but lately im having issues with the mouse by suddenly discconecting and reconnecting tried to search online for a cable replacement but i couldn’t find anyone that verfiy that the listed products is compatiable with the v3 wired version ! 
yest razer can’t solve my problem ! 
what on earth a company can’t offer a replacement spare parts for their client!
i bought most of my running business mice via amazon, and i can’t remember any serials or even purchasing dates! i don’t need a free of charge replacement, just i need a source to get these cables and fix it myself! i just need a source!
