I bought a Razer DeathAdder V3 about 2–3 months ago, and it had been working perfectly. However, for the past day it has been disconnecting and reconnecting every minute. I have all the firmware up to date.

Hey there, @coolVenetianRedlife652

I understand that your Razer DeathAdder V3 has been randomly disconnecting and reconnecting every minute. Does the disconnection happen on different USB ports or when connected to another computer? Please try the troubleshooting steps on the link below to help resolve the issue:

  • Verify Windows is up to date.

  • Connect your mouse directly to the PC and not a USB hub.

  • Check if a software is causing the issue by closing all Razer apps and software.

Razer Synapse on the system tray

  • If closing Razer Synapse fixed the issue, reinstall your mouse drivers, and perform a clean reinstall of Razer Synapse.

  • Test your mouse on another PC and verify if the issue still exists.

If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, please send me a private message along with your device's serial number so I can check its details in our system and assist you further. Thank you!

Hey there, @GamingG91

Thank you for sharing your concern here. I understand that you’re experiencing repeated disconnection issues with your DeathAdder V3. To help us narrow this down, I’d like to ask a few quick questions:

1. When the issue happens, does slightly moving or adjusting the cable (near the USB end or near the mouse itself) trigger the disconnection?

2. Do you notice any bends, damage, or looseness on the cable or connector?

3. Have you tried using a USB extension or plugging the cable directly into a different port (front vs back of the PC)?

4. Does the issue persist consistently even when the cable is kept completely still?

Additionally, could you please try the troubleshooting steps I shared above and let me know the results via PM? Thank you.
