Razer Deathadder v3 not working – Request for Assistance
Razer Support,
My Razer deathadder v3 mouse has been experiencing recurring issues where it becomes unresponsive and is not recognized by Synapse or even my laptop’s device manager. Before I will just need to unplugged and replug the mouse, then it worsen until only certain position of wire mouse can work. The mouse have power and its Dpi light works but could not switch and mouse is not recognize at all.
I tried many debugging solution to no avail, such as only using synapse or the mouse driver. reseting the mouse and more but the issue still persist.
My mouse is under 1 years old and was never dropped, smacked on the table, or mishandled in any way. It has always been used with care.
Please advice on how to resolve this issue.
