It’s been a few weeks since my mouse has started to just disconnect and reconnect after a few seconds just randomly, at the beginning i had windows usb sound when it happened. I tried everything (literally everything you can think of) and after reinstalling the drivers it worked for a few days before coming back. Now it happens more frequently, i don’t have the windows usb sound anymore and it’s always a second long at most (very short disconnect). Today after happening a few times it just stopped completely, even unplugging and plugging it back didn’t work, i had to restart my computer. I’m losing my mind, here’s what i tried :
Changing port (usb 3.0, 3.1) directly on the motherboard
Checking the mouse cable
Turn down the polling rate
Update synapse and even uninstall it
Update firmware
Reinstall drivers
Desactivate every windows option related to usb ports or peripherals
