The dongle for my mouse seems to have stopped working as it isn’t even being detected by the PC as a USB device. I even tried it on another laptop and my PS5 but not response even though the mouse itself works using a wired connection. What can I do to fix/replace it as my mouse is around 3 years old so I doubt it’s under warranty.
