Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro issue
My Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro suddenly stopped working.
- The mouse does not charge.
- No LEDs on the top of the mouse turn on.
- The wireless dongle LED does not light up.
- The cursor does not move and the mouse clicks do not work.
- The mouse does not appear or function normally in Windows.
- Razer Synapse shows the device as disconnected/offline.
- The only light that turns on is the sensor LED on the bottom of the mouse.
I also tested the mouse using a wired USB connection, but it still does not work. The cursor does not move, the buttons do not respond, and the device remains unresponsive even when connected directly by cable.
Windows detects the device through USB and Device Manager reports that it is working correctly, but the mouse remains completely unresponsive.
The issue started suddenly without any physical damage, liquid exposure, or firmware update.
