My Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro wireless dongle is completely undetected , bricked. It does not appear in Windows Device Manager on multiple USB ports and multiple systems. There is no USB enumeration at all.
The mouse itself works when connected by cable, but the wireless dongle appears to be dead. I have already tried different USB ports, different computers, Windows, and Linux, but the dongle shows no sign of life.
Because the dongle is not detected at all, I cannot use the firmware updater or Synapse to repair or re-pair it. Also, as far as I can see, replacement dongles for this model are not sold separately in Turkey, so I cannot simply buy a new one locally.
Could you please help me get a replacement wireless dongle for my Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro, or provide another solution so I can use the mouse wirelessly again?
