Razer Deathadder V3 pro dongle not working

Hello,

I just bought a new Razer Deathadder V3 Pro. The mouse is working when I plug the cable, but I can’t make it work wireless with the dongle.

In fact, the dongle isn’t even detected by my computer (can’t see it on my devices manager). I tried to make it work on another computer, but it doesn’t work either.

I tried basically everything I found on the support but it still doesn’t work, I guess the dongle is just defective.

Can someone help me ?

Thanks for alerting us about this. Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
