Razer deathadder v3 pro goes to sleep

Hi!

I recently bought 2 razer deathadder v3 pro mouses, they are really good mouses but after 1-2 weeks 1 of the mouses has some problems, it goes into sleep modus after not touching it for 10 seconds to 3 minutes, and i have to wake it up again with the buttong below, wich sometimes takes me up to 15 seconds wich is annoying while gaming, i changed the sleep modus to 15 minutes trough Razer Synapse and i changed the system settings soo it never disconnects wireless stuff but nothing works

    Hey ​@kxdx42,

    Can you uninstall your mouse drivers by following the steps from this link? If the issue continues, please send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the sleep issue.
