Not much information I can really give, the money keeps initially going through until the order is cancelled, then it gets returned to my bank. Would have liked to be able to contact support through the email I received but there is no way to so I am forced to come here. I can provide my cancelled order number if necessary and I am trying to purchase from the UK. 

I am not sure what to do at this point, since I am looking for a replacement mouse.
