When i plug it in it just doesnt turn on cant use the button on the bottom to turn it on tried reinstalling synapse it use to work and then it worked occasionally but now it doesnt detect the mouse any help is appreciated

+1It should automatically turn on after plugging the cable into the mouse, no matter if synapse is installed or not.
I’d try different USB-C cable even I’d try to connect it to some power adapter (from smartphone) to check if it’s charging or not.

Its not the cable and plugging it into the wall doesnt turn the light on but last night i had it plugged in ( i was playing with a different mouse) and randomly while i was playing it turned on ill have to see if it works today
